How do I check the status of my order?

• We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

• If you have an online account, you may log in at any time and select “Order History” to view the current status of your order. We recommend creating an account for the most convenient shopping experience. Once you become a registered user, you will be able to check out faster, save multiple shipping addresses, access your order history, track new orders and save products to your wish list.

• If you are a guest user, please visit Order Status to check the latest updates. 

Can I cancel an order?

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been shipped from our workshop.

• If you wish to cancel or modify any online orders., please email us at info@onyxdesignstudio.com immediately. Special order and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

• Please be advised that it may take up to 10-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:

1. PayPal

We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.

2. Credit Card

Buyers can pay securely by Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal.

Note: You can choose the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

3. Wired Transfer

We accept Wire Transfer payment in USD, EUR and IDR currency, please contact us for more details.

For orders which exceed $3000 USD we offer the possibility of paying a 40% deposit and full payment before the order is shipped.

Note: After you pay through wired transfer, please send us the info or the proof of the transaction.

What is the payment procedure?

Once we received you payment, we will start handle your order. When your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a notification with pictures of your products and send you the tracking number.

How long will delivery take?

Handling Time

Our handling time is 1-12 business days after your payment ( full or deposit) has been confirmed. We will perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items. Please note that most of our product are MADE TO ORDER. For large quantity orders, it may take up to 1-45 business days.

Shipping Time

1. Worldwide : We primarily ship through FedEx and UPS.

Shipping time is 2 – 5 business days.

2. Indonesia : TIKI JNE, POST.

Shipping time is 1 – 5 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, your data is secured as we use a SSL cerificat to protect your informations.

Only parties responsible for processing your order have access to your credit card and bank information.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once the order is confirmed we will issue an invoice by Email.
